About us

Why choose Total Carbon Savings?

We want to help! Our aim is for you to have a warm, cosy home this winter with energy bills that won’t break the bank.

Our 6 step process will guide you through from start to finish, and we are always on hand to help should you have any questions

01

pre-assessment

We will talk you through the current energy efficiency of your home and ask questions to establish what energy efficiency measures you may need.

02

Retrofit assessment

Our qualified retrofit assessor will visit your home at an agreed day and time. He/she will take lots of photos (apologies in advance!) which are then reviewed to provide you with a package of measures. The package/s must be accepted in full as alternative combinations may not be possible due to the rules around ECO funding.

03

Analysis and review

We take the information collected by the retrofit assessor and look for the best combination of measures to give you the most energy savings against your energy bills, whilst also considering the ECO rules

04

Consultation with you

Some scenarios may be beneficial for you, but may not be allowed under ECO rules. Others may not be suitable for your home, or may not offer much in the way of energy savings. We will explain each package to you and the ultimate decision to proceed with the work is your to decide.

05

Installation

We have dedicated teams of NVQ trained operatives in their respective fields. All our teams are verified for quality of work and professionalism. We pride ourselves on receiving good reviews and will always ask if you can provide a review at the end of your installation with us!

06

Information

As part of our service, we provide information and advice on the energy efficiency measures we have installed. All measures have a trustmark approved, insurance backed guarantee for the lifetime of the product. You will be left with this information as well as details about how to obtain and use a smart meter.
