Total Carbon Savings Human Rights policy is outlined below, and incorporates our Modern Slavery Statement, Equality and Diversity policy and Corporate Social Responsibility Policy along with the following:

In the UK, the Human Rights Act 1998 protects the fundamental rights and freedoms of all citizens. The act incorporates the rights set out in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) into UK law. Public authorities are required to follow the Human Rights Act and respect and protect citizens’ human rights and in line with this, we at Total Carbon Savings Ltd aim to achieve the same level of compliance with the law or exceed it wherever possible
