Your customer journey with Total Carbon Savings
We want to help! Our aim is for you to have a warm, cosy home in winter and a cool home in summer, with energy bills that won’t break the bank.
Our 6 step process will guide you through from start to finish, and we are always on hand to help should you have any questions
01
pre-assessment
We will talk you through the current energy efficiency of your home and ask questions to establish what energy efficiency measures you may need, as well as what funding schemes you may be eligible for. We then arrange for a free home energy survey called a Retrofit assessment
02
Retrofit assessment
Our qualified retrofit assessor will visit your home at an agreed day and time. This will be an AM or PM slot, but we will aim to accommodate your needs. He/she will take lots of photos (apologies in advance!) which are then reviewed to provide you with a package of measures. This is completed in the next step - Analysis and Review by our trained team of experts
03
Analysis and review
We take the information collected by the retrofit assessor and look for the best combination of measures to give you the most energy savings against your energy bills. The recommendations will be given in line with what you have asked us to look into, when you made your initial enquiry. We will always give you advise on what is best for your circumstances and your home
04
Consultation with you
Some scenarios may be beneficial for you, but not for your home. Others may not be suitable for your home, or may not offer much in the way of energy savings. We will explain the options to you, and the decision to proceed with any/all of the work is yours to decide. We will work with you to come up with the best option for you and your home
05
Installation
We have dedicated teams of NVQ trained operatives in their respective fields. All our teams are verified for quality of work, and professionalism as well as DBS checked. We pride ourselves on receiving good reviews and will always ask you for feedback at the end of your installation with us!
